Indiana Talent Network
Building the Hoosier Talent Pipeline Network

The Indiana Talent Network (ITN) is a “network of networks,” connecting statewide stakeholders and regional collaborations to support equitable talent policies and strategies.
Participants network, learn from each other, share best practices and represent their stakeholders within a statewide context.
What is the Indiana Talent Network?
Since 2017, regional talent intermediaries have formed to meet employers’ current and future workforce needs by bringing together education, economic development, workforce systems, chambers of commerce and community organizations through the ITN. These regional talent intermediaries identify their own geographical boundaries, establish relationships and partnerships between learning providers and employers to build inclusive career pathways and promote systemic change benefiting all Hoosier talent.
The ITN is guided by a team of state and regional leaders who select meeting topics and focus areas of the network. The ITN is facilitated by the Institute for Workforce Excellence as it complements the mission of attracting, developing and retaining Hoosier Talent as well as aligning with the Indiana Prosperity 2035 Pillars and Strategic Goals of the Indiana Chamber of Commerce.
How do I get involved with the Indiana Talent Network?
There are two primary ways to become involved with the Indiana Talent Network:
- Quarterly Meetings: virtual and in-person events focusing on timely talent topics national, state and regional leaders for everyone interested and involved in talent attraction, development and retention.
- Regional Meetings: virtual and in-person meetings for regional talent intermediaries and their teams to share and learn from one another on building as well as sustaining regional talent intermediary work.
