
Talent Resource Navigator Featured Promising Practice: Reality Spanish
Reality Spanish was introduced in response to the need for supervisors to speak basic Spanish and learn about Hispanic culture to better relate to a growing Latino workforce. Initially offered to a group of 27 supervisors in Lafayette, the program has seen success with more courses offered. Dr. Melinda Grismer with Purdue Center for Regional Development, Brooklyn Burton with Ivy Tech Community College and Sarah Ponsler with Wabash National Corporation provide outcomes from the most recent course sessions.
