Providing an in-depth overview, the Institute's team will walk the audience through connecting to the Work and Learn Indiana platform, posting internships, connecting with students and receiving EARN wage reimbursement.
Talent Resource Navigator Featured Promising Practice: Reality Spanish
Reality Spanish was introduced in response to the need for supervisors to speak basic Spanish and learn about Hispanic culture to better relate to a growing Latino workforce. Initially offered to a group of 27 supervisors in Lafayette, the program has seen success with more courses offered.

Talent Resource Navigator Featured Partner: INvets
INvets is a non-profit organization founded and run by veterans that helps former service members, their spouses and families transition to civilian life by connecting them with Indiana employers and providing them with career-building resources and community information. The Institute hosted Brian Evans, director of outreach and partnership, on November 2, 2023.
