New Features Now Available on the Talent Resource Navigator

Since the Talent Resource Navigator launched in August 2022, the Institute team has been busy working with community partners and talent and training professionals to identify the most meaningful workforce development resources across the state. In addition, we’ve been making continuous updates to improve the user experience, and we’re excited to share some new features with you! We at the Institute for Workforce Excellence are excited for you to review the new features, including the following:

• Liking and favoriting resources so you can stay informed of updates and changes
• A new section dedicated to talent development Promising Practices (we’re collecting recommendations for programs to feature now!)
• An enhanced Talent Assessment tool to evaluate current practices and identify opportunities for growth while connecting to 600-plus resources
